Yep. That or allow some crook to "find his way in there" from time to time... but not back out.

You break in at your own risk. Dont want to get eaten by an animal stay out of places where you dont know whats inside

EXACTLY!

I once read a newspaper story about a guy who broke into what he thought was an unoccupied house to steal whatever he could. He got into a room with the home owner's pet Rotty. The cops said that he left bloody fingerprints in the area where his fingernails ripped away the edges of a door as he made his escape. He was found later at the local hospital, suffering from multiple animal bite injuries and weak from the loss of blood. Seems to me that he got punished pretty badly. No need for a judge to add anything to that!
