It says, "It may has been dipped once long ago" but I think maybe not so long ago. And a good scrubbing while they were at it too.
Just my opinion.

I do not see a price so can't comment on how good of a deal it was but looking at his other items he seems to have some decent prices on some of his coins so if this one was priced like those you may have gotten a pretty good deal. There is nothing that is jumping out at me that is screaming counterfeit either on this one. Even though it was cleaned it doesn't look very harshly cleaned (with allot of deep scratches all over it) and a little time in the pocket may be able to make it look better but that is something you would have to determine once you have it in hand. He seems to have a pretty good return policy also (even though ebay disagrees with me on that one, they think 14 days is a good policy) so if its not what you thought it was you are just out of the shipping both ways

The coin looks decent enough and he was upfront about it having been cleaned. For $151.00 it was a reasonable buy and you can always trade it up for an original coin later if you decide to replace it.

Seven days to decide if you want to return an item is a long time and in my opinion quite generous. It shouldn't take more than three days in most circumstances for a person to decide if they don't want to keep the item for whatever reason. ebay's 14 day return policy is absurd. For me, personally I know immediately upon initial inspection of an ebay purchased item if I will or will not keep it.
