The rims are parctically completely worn out, so AG-3 or G-4
I'd say worth around $45-50 based on this:

I agree with G4 and add that's it's a nice example for the grade as a lot of Morgans that have seen this much circulation seem to have too many distracting contact marks. I'd get at that PVC residue with a little acetone if it were mine.

mmm... gottat disagree with you dave, I don't think it is noticable enough to clean it if it were mine.

If you don't get after that PVC with acetone, it'll be "noticeable" enough soon. That's a progressive reaction, it's already started, and untreated it'll eventually eat away the surface of the coin.

Does that happen even though the coin isn't in the PVC holder?

I will go with VG-8. The residue is already on the coin and it will damage the surface if not removed with acetone.
