I just received a 2007 D dime which has half the copper on one side showing on the opposite side of the face. Will post pics soon, but what are the opinions of the coin that I have found? Edited by Coinfanmorgan 10/02/2012 4:03 pm

Sorry for the bad quality of the pic, but I will get my hands on a better camera later.

From those pictures there's a possibility of it being a partial clad layer missing error. Better pictures are needed to tell for sure.

Upon further inspecting the coin, it appears that the nickel covers a part of the rim, but the rim is mostly covered by copper as well.

Best pictures taken. Used a Micro lense on the camera. It appears to have double lettering in E pluribus

More pics. The green is just a reflection from a wall that was close to where I was taking the picture.

And here's the head. Again, the green is from the wall's reflection

Here's the date and mint mark. Both appear to be doubled as well.

Here's the rim of the coin. Kind of hard to take a pic without touching it with my fingers.
