I just received a 2007 D dime which has half the copper on one side showing on the opposite side of the face. Will post pics soon, but what are the opinions of the coin that I have found?

From those pictures there's a possibility of it being a partial clad layer missing error. Better pictures are needed to tell for sure.

Terrible pics...but it looks more like glue than anything.Soak it in acetone and see if it comes off.

Upon further inspecting the coin, it appears that the nickel covers a part of the rim, but the rim is mostly covered by copper as well.

Best pictures taken. Used a Micro lense on the camera. It appears to have double lettering in E pluribus
