It seems, that majority of people decided not to order the 2012 Fab15, due to unsuccessful 2011 F15 set.
You probably saw the pictures of the coins on the Fab 15 thread, and I want to believe, that something better than Coetzee coin and the Spanish Palma will be in 2012 set.

I am not sure, but for example Rwanda instead of 2011 Zebra issued the Rhino coin in 2012 - will be nice to get it with F15 Privy.

Andorra - I have 2010 Bear coin (1/2 oz) - beautiful coin, in 2011 it was the Eagle, so in 2012 could be something new.

I did subscription to this set (2012) and currently only F15 Maple Leaf on its way to me.

Thanks for your reply 1ozstormer. I called the RCM earlier and they said there are 5 coins with privy marks this year and the 2012 rhino is not one of them. He did say the 2012 Golden Eagle Andorra will be in the set. I agree the 2011 looked amazing !! So since you ordered it I will keep posting the coins I get so you know what you will get..I am just disappointed that they include sterling silver coins in the set and you have to pay an extra $15 for them because non .999 silver coins are taxed.

I will appreciate it, Silver Hoarder.
Also the people will be aware, what are they going to buy. I've decided to buy this subscription only due to some conversation on this forum (thank you guys, who posted in the Fab 15 thread!!).

Yes, the set is overpriced and I knew it, when placed an order, but I want it, and have no reason to cancel it.

Good on those who carry on. I cut three subscriptions down to one after receiving the Britannia. One of them got a huge milk spot on it. Received a Philharmonic in a case with a broken prong. I didn't closely examine it, but almost certain the broken-off piece has left hairline scratches on the coin. After that, I called off the remaining subscription. Just my poor luck with this set.

Thank you guys for interesting conversation.
Ordered the subscription by phone one hour ago.
Probably not a wise decision, but I think it will be nice coins organized as a "first class" set.
I have 2011 Kangaroo at Sunset Proof F15, and basic bullion, but more rare coins will not be easy to get.
And I hope, that for me it will be OK, not as tocoins described.

@Silver Hoarder
Wondering where you got that list from. I'm stuck at #6 Libertad right now, but the accompanying letter mentions that the next coin is the Spanish Palma.

I also got the letter stating the next coin is the Spanish Palma and when I called in this is the list they gave me but I am certain the list is not in stone and is subject to change based on availability. The next coin though is 100% going to be the Cameroon Cross River Gorilla because it is in the packaging stages right now at the Mint.

Also, I am thinking she said for #11 It may have been the Golden Eagle. She was going through the list fast and I may have heard wrong but Golden Eagle makes more sense..Maybe my mind was on the new James Bond movie coming soon -Skyfall..lol

Shouldn't the fab15 be a specific set of 15 coins?

Yes, but sometimes they cannot get the coins they wanted or they cannot get enough coins to fill our orders so they have to go with another coin...Theses coins are supposed to be rare...Also 5 of the 15 coins will have the F15 Privy mark on the coins..That to me is amazing and very rare !!

Not to be a killjoy, but aren't they charging $100 each for these? The privy mark is.nice and all, but even the rarest of these is no more than $75. I doubt those privy marks will net more than 10-15% above the standard issue.

Also, I would be suprised if niether the Somaliland zodiac nor the Somalia Elephant make it in. There are several pieces in that list minted by extranational mints already, so it makes sense.
