Some people have delusional ideas on the value of packaging alone though, especially for modern stuff! Report this Post to the Staff

(i.e. if the COA # was 2012 for the 1/2 oz silver penny, would someone pay a premium for that particular COA?) My guess is yes, but I haven't really seen any listings for such items.
