Any thoughts on the value of this set?

Bullion value,unfortunately.
It's not a proof set, specimen set,and unlikely a PL set removed from it's original packaging. In 1967 many sellers were cashing in on Centennial souvenirs and assembling such sets from rolls.
"Dipping" is not considered cleaning...

Makes you think:
What is the the RCM's definition of 'Limited Edition'?

I have problems with the marketing techniques for NCLT, for both mints and re sellers of their products.
Nevertheless, I do have a very small collection of NCLT, but most of it is struck before 1950.

You might get a bit more than bullion value on ebay but then again, I bought the proof set minus the gold for bullion.
But you never know.

It has nice toning. People pay premiums. If you're selling. I'm interested.

jakedacc, I appreciate it, but I bought these for my personal collection and don't anticipate selling them. They are currently in transit and am really looking forward to seeing what kind of toning is on the opposite side of the coins.
