2011 Shield Doubled Die Obverse / DDO ?

monika Pillar of the Community United States 746 Posts	Posted 10/05/2012 03:20 am Hello I found this 2011shield penny today.It's quiet colorful..The date looks a bit different.I looked at a few pictures of 2011 DD"s.My coin looks some like the DD's.So I need some help please Thank you Report this Post to the Staff

And not all DD's are notched. Notching just "locks" it in. I just can't tell from the pics. Sorry Report this Post to the Staff

But when you look at the zoomed in picture you can see on the inside of the curved part of the 2 it is just Die Deterioration imo. Report this Post to the Staff
