I' having a spot of bother attributing a Constantine I bronze, Arles mint. Below is the coin:

Below is an exemplar of RIc VII 190:

Wildwinds describes it thus: Constantine AE3. 319 AD. IMP CONSTANTINVS MAX AVG, helmeted, laureate & cuirassed bust right / VICTORIAE LAETAE PRINC PERP, two Victories facing & inscribing VOT PR on shield placed on altar, PARL in ex.
So far, so good.
The following though, seems to be an identical coin. It's RIC VII 193:

It's described as: Constantine I AE3. 319 AD. IMP CONSTAN-TINVS MAX AVG. helmeted laureate bust right, cuirassed / VICTORIAE LAETAE PRINC PERP, two Victories facing & inscribing VOT PR on shield placed on altar, PARL in ex.
The two descriptions are almost exactly identical, except for the dash in Constantinus (CONSTANTINVS vs CONSTAN-TINVS). So I thought, fair enough, there must be a distinction in the spacing of the name between the two coins. Except there's not. If you look, you can see that there is a break in the legend in both abve the bust. So what gives?

I'm conflustered anyway!
To confuse things further, the seller describes the coin as a follis. Yet the only follis coins from that mint listed on Wildwinds have completely different legends.
Anyone able to shed some light on this conundrum?
