It actually came from another seller but the NNC holder I presume is a centsles product so it probably came from them first.

We negotiated a 30% refund after I reported the edge problem (which I didn't see until I removed it from the slab). I consider the seller a stand-up guy and would buy from him again. Don't know whether I would have gotten a similar helpful response if the coin came direct from centsles.

NNC is notorious for putting rim bumps and other rim problems in their holders as the inserts they use covers the problems up and the buyer would have to crack the coin out to see them. When the buyer does this they pretty much lose all ability to return the coin also. I have seen this with them more than once and I actually have purchased a VAM-70 that had this very problem that was in one of their holders. I am glad you did buy the coin from someone other than the ebay seller that puts the coins in the holders because I know he would have told you to pound sand since you cracked it out because that was basically the response I received. When I purchased the coin I knew it wasn't the grade they had listed but really wasn't expecting the rim bumps that I received. Needless to say I avoid them now even if there is a variety I need in the holder because I just don't know what the rims are going to look like
