Yes I know 1991 is a key date for the quarter, but with an error would it really be worth that much or am I missing something?

http://www.ebay.com/itm/EXTREEMELY-...em3a7a9f7d60

Also dont know if I'd describe the flaw as 'big', but different people have different opinions

Its only for $2500. I have no idea if it's actually worth that much though.

nice error on a hardish to find coin, could see someone popping $100 on it (not me)

that being said, before asking $1,000s for a coin one should learn to use spellchecker.

Is it any worse than your made up words, lack of punctuation, and lack of proper capitalization?

Oops, my bad, was thinking so much about how expensive that was I added another 0.
Thanks for confirming!

Oh, scubu, wade isn`t trying to sell an error that is 10x over priced.

Thanks all!

Hello,
anyone can ask anything for a coin. It is an open market entirely run by supply and demand.
If someone is stupid enough and willing to pay the asking price, why not?
common sense, to apply it or not, does has have a lot to do with it!

Still don't think you can say its right for a semi-experienced coin seller to start a coin at an outrageous price, but if thats your opinion I can't change that.

IMHO, anyone looking for a 1991 will pass on this defective coin; anyone looking for a strikethrough will find cheaper coins on ebay.

it is worse, I am not trying to sell something for an outrageous price. if I was (and when I do) I would try to lend credibility to my listing by making it look somewhat professional.

however when it comes to typing on an informal forum I admit, I am here to kick back and relax, and I am extremely lazy in that department (heck, sometimes I even type without wearing pants)
