Look closely,it's the same coin in a different holder.
"Dipping" is not considered cleaning...

It is striking how ugly the NGC holder is compared to the ANACS.

Lol. I meant which TPG got the grade right, if either?

And does the original grade effect the value, or is it the error that rules?
