The outside of the envelope states "Announcing the First Presidential Coin collection in U.s. History..." And the return address is Presidential Coin Collection c/o PCS Blah Blah Blah They do not need any more advertising When I open the letter- wow a color advertisement announcing the Presidential Coins on a panel for only USD $17.95 + $2 shipping Now the clincher - Grade is not mentioned anywhere. I telephoned the company and asked them what grade the coins would be. (They of course do not have a web site) There response and; I am not kidding was "We are not sure at this time Sir. I wish I had an answer for you". so I asked how they were pricing the panels without knowing the grade of the coins. The reply was. I'm sure this is only one of hundreds of companies hawking Presidential dollars at extremely high prices. These are the same people who sell "gold layered" State Quarters.
