The nose appears detached,is this a counterfeit that's been doctored to appear more worn? Even if genuine it's double what an AG hole filller should go for.

If your talking about the 1921 I sent the seller a warning that it was a fake...They insisted it was real..I told them have a look at the nose. You can see 2 clear dots ?/ + the date itself is completely wrong.....Somebody is going to cry

Here is my dilema. I told the seller it was a fake. I could use my connections at ebay.com to have the auction terminated (yes even after ending) the buyer may be thankful OR turn on me for sticking my nose in? I give. Can't win.

Quote: I give. Can't win Doesn't sound like the guy who rid ebay of the Canadian counterfeits,I'm sure you stepped on some toes along the way.I'm sure you'll do what needs to be done

You can see the 'pebbliness' on the tops of the letters, especially on the obverse. I would definitely tell ebay, the seller and the buyer that this coin is a counterfeit.

I tried to get the seller to pull it. He said it was real. I am tired of fighting with sellers on ebay. 5 years, over 4,000 reports. People still do not get it. This seller bought numerous coins manufactured by HK Replica in 2008 and 2009. Did he tumble/wear this coin? hmmmmmmmm ebay.com is now involved, auction will be erased.

You can arm yourself with the same knowledge: http://www.ebay.com/itm/IMAGES-Chin...160897709045I am swamped at the moment, and am dragging my heels. But, Mr. Marshall and I are communicating with CCF Forum Dad (Bobby) to make the information and images available to all here.

HK Replica is well known as an ebay vendor who sells Chinese counterfeits. I'd like to know his ebay handle. Is it 'hjhjhj123'?

What raises a flag for me is the lack of certification. If I was going to selling a coin worth $3000+ on ebay (or even off ebay), I think spending $20 to have the coin certified would pay itself back many times over with a much higher final bid price.

SPP or Nicklesguy, where can I get a copy of the resource material that SPP showed in his link? I think this would be very useful to have for any serious collector.
