It is going to take amazing will power to keep from bidding on something so rare? Guess everyone is waiting to snipe at the end of the auction?

How much would that coin be worth? The 1943S Book value is $4.00 in fine condition. What grade do you think this coin is in?

VG8, so I would put it at about $2 value.

However, given the "rarity" of this one (I know because the seller says so), it's probably worth at least $10.

I guess this one would be "unique" then. [:0]

Once again, I missed my chance at owning a truly valuable and very rare coin.....darn!

I'm going to have to buy my USA coins from the USA direct. Have a look at this 1920 beauty in Australia.

would that be graded as good? or About good since you can only make out two digits of the date?

here are a few more....

If you want to see a "RARE" coin this has to be it!
I'm saving up for the snipe.

" This is a rare international coin that you Australians can now own. This coin is in fantastic condition and is a really cool looking coin. A MUST HAVE for any coin collector. HAPPY BIDDING ! "

and here is another bargain

Is it any wonder why I buy USA coins in poor condition.

toast there are a great number of U.S. collectors that would be GLAD to help you out with your wish list! I trade all over the world so I am always looking for something specific for someone. Currently after old Canadian coins that are going to require a lot of patients to get at a price I want to pay! I am very conservative and most of my European collecting friends appreciate the fact that I am tighter than the bark on a tree! Feel free to email any time and we will make every effort to help you out! As for that 1963 Lincoln Cent, well I found about 10 uncs. last year in circulation at the bank. Someone just turned loose of a roll and I was lucky enough to get them for one cent each!

Thanks Terry, I'll have to get around to making my want list soon.

I love the expression "tighter than the bark on a tree" LOL
