Rev. CONSERV VRB SVAE: Cult image of Roma seated in a temple with four columns, holding scepter and globe, behind whom is Victory, right, with wreath.

Mintmark possibly ST meaning it was minted in Sirmium (Serbia)

I believe the mint is actually Ticinum
