Hm. Nice new coin, but I sure like your old coin, too!

Nice upgrade. Quote: The old is a repunched date.... Richard would know.

Now here I do like your upgrade. Some of the others did not represent a significant grade or eye appeal change to me to justify a duplicate coin.

Free it from the slab, like your old coin, and I'll consider it an upgrade!

This old coin, like the others, have been passed on to more receptive hands who will appreciate their beauty.
I plan on keeping "mine" slabbed.

Very nice upgrade Would the old one grade XF40 or better?

I don't know if it would garner a XF40, although the WE is strong, it was cleaned (at least) once upon a time.
I liked the repunched date on the "old one" too.

Nice upgrade, your newp is a very nice example. And a slightly rotated reverse as well.
