Picked up this little medal recently. Is it common? It has, I think, the Capital Building on the front. The back has the inscription, "Here, Sir, the people govern" and "E Pluribus Unum (Out of many, one)." It looks to me to be cast bronze. I saw one on ebay that the seller indicates as sterling, even though I see no markings on it. Thanks
