That is the going rate for a dateless mintmarked buffalo. They have a slight premium for those who restore Buffalo nickels because of the possibility of getting a key date.

I believe that you can get a partial for .15, but it won't be a good one. It'll either be P-minted, or if it is mintmarked, it'll be something like 1935-D.

You won't be able to buy a mintmarked coin from the teens for .15, but you'll get a bunch of those in a dateless lot. What value someone assigns to any particular restored Buffalo nickel depends on the person and the method and degree to which it was restored, as there is no price guide.

the dateless Buffs didn't have any mintmarks.

20 bucks max. She obviously has some ridiculous idea in her head that they are worth hundreds each.
