No clue what this would be considered or how this would happen. At first glance I thought the edge was just scraped, but if you look at the words "GOD" & "IN" the letters are still visible through the junk around the rim.

Also, sorry for so many topics, I think I read somewhere to make a new topic for each coin but I'm not 100% sure.
