My latest showed up on Christmas Eve day, in my post box a few days early - Yay a nice present to myself!  A fairly decent 1795 Dalton & Hamer 396b Middlesex depicting the Newgate prison with a milled edge.

Another Victoria, this one an 1893 Florin. I think it has a bit of very slight rub on the cheek and veil, so I'm calling it a nice AU. It has nice toning on the reverse.   Paul Bulgerin

 1937 Halfcrown graded PR-65CAM, I already have one but not graded. This looked too nice not to buy. |

@ awallin01 two great coins there. The half crown obverse is fantastic, such a contrast of the bust to the field. And oh my gosh, that rainbow effect almost has Her Majesty smiling...can you see the grin?  The Ox moves slowly, but the Earth is patient.

@ttkoo The halfcrown with the toning and finish is one of my favourites I have to visually look at, beautiful work and nice ageing.

I purchased this 1844 half farthing from ebay. The lighting of the sellers pics was subdued and shadowy, and in hindsight I should have known better. But still, you live and learn. I think it was a detector find. On the positive side, it has the broken O, some nice die cracks and a reverse die clash from QV's neck. I poured in some extra light on the second shot to highlight the clash.   The Ox moves slowly, but the Earth is patient.
