Just a little something I found on ebay this week to beef up my date set of Bank of England tokens. This 1815 three shillings piece, essentially a crown, is very scarce in higher grades, but the 1816 has eluded me for years...I've been an underbidder on that one more times than I can remember.Bank of England, 3/- silver token, 1815. Davis 59, KM-Tn5, Spink 3770, ESC 423. (34mm, 14.7g.)
