Need some help from the error specialist. Picked up this Indian cent today with collection. Is this just off-center or more? The reverse shows a particularly sharp edge between rim #1 and rim #2.

The reverse looks weird - is it bent at all on the unstruck portion? Here is a typical one from my collection.

Coin is not bent at all... looks perfectly normal other than the obvious.

So would this be a combination of partial collar broadstrike and off-center?

I agree w/ Broken-Coin... The IHC is broadstruck, not off-center. I can't be both... one or the other based on how far off it was struck
