Curious what the different letters mean? Like "B" under the date. Does this letter show the denomination of the mint maker? Any help on these coins is appreciated :)

its got two different dates, 1692 and 1764

If we are talking about 1764 coin, it looks like Prussian 1/12 of a thaler, "B" is a mintmark indeed, means it was minted in Breslau (active 1750-1826).
