50 Pfennig 1921 Germany

Dear people,

I have a coin in my collection which appears to be something wrong with. The place were the coin is minted should be F but it looks like F and an a D reverse. You don't see that on other 50 pfennig 1921 F coins.

Hope someone can help me with this one...
