What damage does a banks counting machine do to a bill?

Isn't hand counting (touching & crunching) worse?

It might qualify for AU in case of Counting Fold (An almost perfect note with only very minor handling. May have a bank counting fold at a corner or one light fold through the center. A note in this condition cannot be creased, a crease being a hard fold which has "broken" the surface of the note. Paper is clean and corners are not rounded)

Cheers

Depends on what the counter did.

Most of what I have run into leaves dirt on the note at certain spots...and some counters can ding up corners.

To Blindly say it would grade this that or the other IS Just speculation / toss a coin..so to say

Post a scan of the note...thanks

I'll pay $100 USD to see machine do the item in RED

"Isn't hand counting (touching & crunching) worse"

It seems that a lot of guys are very concerned about "touching" there notes, well check out how they do it at the BEP before you get them in your hands.

@Ceylon62,

Taking other person's idea or quoting other person's writing as if yours (you are the author/composer/creator ...etc) ....

Do you know what parenthetical citation is?
