By the way, RCM still did not charge me for Brocks and Tecumseh quarters although I have already got them. Hope they won't LOL |

Update. I received an e-mail yesterday (November 29th) saying my Tecumseh quarters had shipped. Actually, it said both Brock & Tecumseh had shipped. The invoice says $5.00 so I'm not sure if this is just the accumulated total or whether they are charging me this on top of the 2.50 when they shipped my Brocks. I guess there are several possibilities: 1)They sent me just the Tecumsehs and the grand total is $5.00; 2)They sent both and are charging me for both even though I already received & paid for the Brocks; 3)They sent only the Tecumsehs and are charging me for both; 4)They sent me only the Brocks & are charging me for both. I definitely won't be happy with option 3 or 4! I guess if it's 1 or 3, I won't know until the charge appears on my credit card. The next week or so should be, uh, interesting!

Got an email that my Brock quarters are on BACK ORDER and I ordered on OCT.12 which I believe was the first day made to the public. Not happy.

In your place, I'd be tempted to place another order just to see if that got to you any faster. Or just cancel the original order. (Although probably not option two since I want it.) I can't understand the Mint's whole customer service process. It would be one thing if they were just slow, but they are all over the place with filling orders.  Edited by Ravenzcoin

They're sold out now. When we get coins for face value with free shipping, it's hard to complain. IMO

I agree it's tough to complain with such a great offer (no tax, in addition to face value + free shipping), but I do feel for mcshilling who ordered on Day 1 of the offering and is still waiting for his Brocks, whereas I ordered my Brocks on the day they first offered the Tecumsehs. Doesn't seem fair at all!

My Tecumseh quarters arrived today, and the Mint correctly charged me 2.50 for them, according to my credit card. Great deal--for those of us fortunate enough to receive them. My best wishes to everyone still waiting.

I ordered mine in October as well.....I know they are SOLD OUT now.....I don't know what going on. I ordered the Techumseh ones and got them promptly in the next couple of days. I've inquired with the mint but they keep saying they're sold out. I don't think I'm gonna get mine anytime soon.

Well I ordered on Oct.12 - back ordered on Dec.1 and I received the Brocks today,  but they came in a box about 8x6x1 1/2" why not the brown envelopes it would be easier,  OH I know it's the RCM they do things the hard why. So that means I will get my Tec. in Jan. maybe.  |
