Not an expert, but that looks to be about Fine. Surfaces look original, no cleaning that I can spot. Multiple dings though on the coin. Way over graded and way over priced as well.

Ugly coin, over-priced, over-graded by seller. Yep, about the norm for most ebay coins  .

IMHO, VF-20 / VF-35, obv./rev. The reverse motto is quite strong. I've seen many a Seated dollar, wherein the reverse appeared much stronger a strike, as seems to be the case here.

I was thinking the same, about a VF overall. Thanks for the replies. Hopefully no one buys this, but from what I have seen in the past, people will buy anything on the bay.

If you have a Red Sharpie to write on your coin holder, apparently any coin can be "AU"!!
