For the last few years I've been using an increasingly useless UK company called 'Arrowfile'. I dont know how much international business they do but for the benefit of everyone: if you ever come across this company - run!
They do a wide range of products for banknotes, coins stamps, photos, etc. It all looks very good (and their products generally are)....BUT.... their service standards are apalling. And I really mean it. If my experiences are typical I cant understand how they stay in business! There's something wrong with nearly every order, and the latest is the last straw. I've put up with it for too long. Delayed orders, refill pages coming with grease on the outside, dented folders which I had to demand replacement for. Hopeless.
Latest order - refill pages supposedly sent weeks ago...nothing! Supposedly re-sent. Again, nothing. And now refuse to respond to communications. Incompetants and thieves.
Avoid!

Why did you continue to use them if you've had problems with them in the past... Reminds me of the old saying; "____ me once, shame on you, ____ me twice, shame on me"

Sorry for being political but I couldn't resist.

thankyou WWC - I went to the link given, and noted these remarks -
"Banknote / Paper Money Currency Pages ... Made from polypropylene, a material free of harmful substances."
then, a little down the page, they describe another range of items - "Banknote / Currency Holders Each wallet/holder is made from MYLAR-D® a crystal clear plastic Approx 75 microns in thickness. The people at Dupont call their polyester Mylar D®. They are completely inert and archival safe for permanent storage. These are the best money can buy. ..."
I'm hoping that someone more scientific will look at this thread and enlighten us on the issues as to which is better - polypropylene, polyester, and/or Mylar ?
Regarding Xavier's persistence, in the face of poor performance: I see this as proof of his forgiving, forebearing, and patient nature. But now, the evidence is plain, and he is giving us the benefit of his painful experience. For that, I say "thankyou".
