I have next to no knowledge in the Byzantine area. Can someone be kind enough to give me some guidance as to this coin's ID?

2.1grams, 16.5mm max diameter

Not quite Byzantine yet, it's very late Roman of the Emperor Arcadius 383 - 408 AD. Reverse is Constantinopolis seated, stepping on galley prow holding victory on globe. I can't make out the mint mark so I can't come up with a RIC number.

I love it! I have the same design but Honorius - I wish I had it like this, they tend to be highly worn.
