I think it is clear now that pmz may be an bit of an upswing as gold has past $1729 again and silver climbing nice over 33 still that perhaps there may be a spike heading toward black Friday....

My question, is there a significant amount of world pmz purchased on or around black Friday weekend, or is all gonna be Walmart sales at 175 each for 40 inch flat screens that had me thinking man I need to grab one, lol?

LOL, TBK!

You were born doubled down and then doubled that again!

As to PMs... they do seem to be bouncing a bit in the $32-34 range at the moment. Hard to say whether or not we will see it get out of that range. Not that it matters much to us long-term buy and hold types.

I don't care what it does right now as long as there's a post-Christmas plummet so I can use my wife's bonus and buy a stack of stuff...

I'm hoping there will be a big sell-off at the end of the year, either just before Christmas as people need money to buy gifts or right after Christmas when people get the bills for all the gifts they bought on credit.

Well, I'm certainly planning to still be here. If you're not, can I have your silver?

Still holding on to that gain here in mid week, we will see....

I think silver and the rest of the pmz will probably take the typical winter dive not too far beyond Black Friday, where silver will lose about 6 dollars back down to 27 per oz. I expect and that opens up the buy window once again....

Don't forget last year EVERYBODY expected silver to start up not long into the new year as it had done the year before, but it never happened. Silver remained dormant for the most part and all pms, until about late summer when they started to move up again verses sideways.....

Barry, you are king. I must learn from you. Have any single sister-in-laws?

Has been dead. I think we need a strong move either up or down to get people excited. When it just sits and only moves a little, it doesn't get me too excited. Especially where it is at right now. Little too high to buy but not high enough to sell.

Yeh, been quiet for the past few weeks. I agree with baseball that were in no mans land right now. I've been buying and selling right now....trading up from what I have to what I want. Kinda shaping my stack as it were. Nothing else really to do.. not enough cash to keep buying and the the prices arent rising fast enough to try and time a sell and buy back in thing. Yep...pretty quiet.

I guess it's the elections, holidays, and mediocre prices.
