First, get some Verdicare on the spot inside the E in UNITED. Serious die wear inside some of the obverse lettering. Longacre doubling. Not-Longacre doubling with the O in OF. The guy punching the date must have been a slow reader, for it to be so widely-spaced. He needed time to recognize each individual number. Staple scratch bottom of the reverse.
