CoinCanuck New Member Canada 44 Posts	Posted 11/23/2012 09:37 am I know this topic has been discussed before but I'm frustrated. Especially since I live less than 60 miles from Winnipeg. According to the RCM website my order was placed in September and they have been processing it since mid October and here we are mid November and still no coins. This a first for me. RCM is usually pretty good. The order is only 2 coins. Glad I was able to buy them at the local Post Office. CoinCanuck Happy Hunting! And thanks for listening! Report this Post to the Staff

I don't think it makes a difference if you are living in Winnipeg, because only circulation coins are minted there. The majority of their collectors coins are shipped from Ottawa and a small number from Vancouver. Lets all hope that they clear up this mess before the release a whole bunch of new issues! MidnightSun New Member Canada 18 Posts	Posted 02/25/2013 5:39 pm I'm currently experiencing a worrying issue with the RCM. I susbcribed to the O CANADA half once silver coin. I received the first one no problem (the Inukshuk). Different story for the Beaver. It says in my profile that the coin was shipped on Feb 11 via lettermail. My credit card got charged the day after. We are now Feb 25th and still no coin. I called twice and the representatives told me 2 different stories. The first one was that the beaver is actually backordered - even though there is no notice at all on the website. The second rep told me to wait longer and that Canada post can start an investigation only after 30 days... Anybody experienced this before? They are in Ottawa and I'm in Toronto. Should take a few days max to get here.... I ordered a bunch of coins with them before and this is the first time this happens. Frustrating.... Report this Post to the Staff
