Got this in change on my honeymoon to Canada in 1968 and carried it as a pocket piece through most of the 70s. Just found it in a box of junk I hadn't looked at for years. Any lowball collectors interested PM me.

I think I saw asyn with something that looked like this. He called it VF-20.

Very nice - I would grade that as Fair-2. I collect lowball Canadian nickel dollars, you didn't carry any of those around in your pockets in the 1970s did you?

No, just a 1966 Bahama half that kept her company. It's in about the same condition.

The Reverse is keeping it at a f2 to 3. the obverse is terrib-great.
Lowball collecting is an interesting thing I never even thought about doing, not sure its my style tho.

Its a beauty for sure :) a solid Fair .. I once collected the worst dime collection I could find. Ok not the worst but every coin had hole from the 1858 to the 1967.. It took more than 10 years but man it was a blast..folks thought I was nuts .... I sold the last part of that set a few years ago to a CCF member who will remain anonymous...
