I find it hard to believe that 1914 $10 is MS63.

Ironically, today I got a slick single sheet via lettermail encouraging me to be sure not to miss the opportunity.
Oddly, even the small print mentions nothing about waiting FOUR months for a purchase to ship.

Well, I'm at my wits end with the RCM. Yet another shipping deadline missed. I called again last night to voice my displeasure and was told that all hoard coins will ship by the end of the month. I said 'so next week then?' and she said '' uhhhhh...ya I guess next week then." I'm a bullion guy but was interested I these coins for both the bullion value and the numi value. I thought this would be my entry into the numi world but am really getting turned off by the mints customer service. I've never had such problem spending 4 k in my life!I dont know how you guys can put up with them. Once these coins show up, or if they ever show up, I'm done with RCM. I'll just stick to stacking

Fender, You are completely correct. These $5 & $10 coins were a joke as to how the RCM handled their release. Call daily complaining, and hope for the best. Even the people that answer at customer service have agreed. Too many people have simply waiting without complaining so the RCM probably doesn't even realize the number of angry collectors. Call the RCM and ask to speak with a supervisor and state your case. Or just cancel your order. I called and politely b***hed until I got mine which ended up being sooner than the supervisor said it would. Collect numi coins you can buy from dealers and coin shops. Or even Canada post. There are ways to collect without dealing with the RCM directly.

^^^^^^^ The only problem is not one single dealer and coin shop have sold any of these 1912-1914 gold coins at issue price. There is no other way besides ordering from the Mint can you get them at the issue price. As for other coins, getting them from dealers/coin shops and Post offices is fine if you don't mind not getting Master Club Membership from the Mint.

K.. too many pages to go back to... but here's my questions: 1. Why are the following not sold out yet? 1913 and 1914 $10 HS, 1913 and 1914 $10 Premium HS? 2. As for the premium hand select $5, which one is the rarest? 3. How come there's no love for the 1913 HS $5?

Masters club needs to be 2000 maybe even 3. especial after all the new master members who bought theses coins. Masters club should be about long term loyalty not a single purches that gets you in. Not that being a member means much at all.

@lostwords. The 1913 $10 and 1914 $10 has 6000 and 10,000 of them available. Too many of them to sell out, especially with the high cost of $1000 each coin, which a lot of people can not afford. There was a total of only 5050 $5 HS coins for all of the years, so it was much easier to sell them and they were more affordable at only $500 each. $5 HS coins: 1912 - 1336 1913 - 1790 1914 - 1924 The figures are from CC-Ottawa from page 34 of this thread.
