I did when I was a bit younger.

The Adelaide Advertiser would bring out tokens which could be redeemed for a pin at newsagents.

I also collected badges which featured all of the footy players that played for the SANFL club I support as well. I used to hang them all on my scarf.

In the past couple of years I've wanted to buy a mint condition WW1 Rising Sun Badge (the smaller one)
Collecting-Pins-And-Badges

More recently I brought the 2001 Rising Sun PNC which is more expensive, but doesn't quite cut it as far as a real badge.
I've got a couple of old badges that I've held on to, but never collected them. They're below:
Collecting-Pins-And-Badges

  • The Jelly Belly one always made me laugh, I just found on the net that it's 80's & it's still carded so that's pretty cool.

  • There's a Hawthorn Central School, which I can't find anything about.

  • Then there's the Cypriot Community Melbourne Victoria badge, which has "K.G.Luke Melb" on it & they made some of the Rising Sun Badges.

More about K.G.Luke; Operated between 1937 & 1974...I love my research, here's some info about K.G.Luke from the Victorian Museumhttp://museumvictoria.com.au/collec...rne-victoria

I do however collect MOvember badges! Past three years I've collected quite a few different designs.

How about keyrings? Is that something that people collect?

I have a friend that collects RSL and Anzac stuff, don't know much about the stuff but he always says if I find anything to get it for him.
He showed me a blue legacy pin thing last time I seen him, he collects poppy stuff too.
So if you want to sell, just send me a PM
I would love to surprise him with something nice.
