2021 undated 1oz Indian Buffalo 999 Round
What-Did-You-Add-To-Your-Stash-Today?
Lucky again, my wife won the door prize at our Coin Club meeting tonight Nov 18, 2021.
We have a rather generous coin club. Every month two silver ounces comes from a drawing of the signed in members. One is an ASE and the second is usually a 999 round. My wife and I have won numerous times.

Junk Shillings, Sixpences and Threepences, sterling buy in. These are 92.5% and include 33 shillings, 11 sixpences and 18 threepences dated 1818 - 1919.

What-Did-You-Add-To-Your-Stash-Today?
Shillings, 20 of the 33 coins were added to my collection, at least 12 were considered to be of numismatic value. 13 coins will be stacked, although 4 of these coins are considered to have additional value beyond melt. This photo does not show all of them, just the 20 or so which will be flipped and placed on display in the collection. About 5 of them will be upgraded.

What-Did-You-Add-To-Your-Stash-Today?
Sixpences, 4 will go to collections, other 7 to be into the silver stack.

Threepences, have not processed yet, but these will mostly be stacked (Only 4 I really want in the collection).

Sometimes you get better coins in bulk mixes

1860 Shilling, a few dings, but better than fine condition easily around 5x melt.

I paid around 45% over melt per coin, but this included the seller paying a 10% success fee, 15% GST and his mark up.

Total silver weight was 5.89oz and this cost me NZ $371 postpaid.

And add to this, a real silver haul

8 Canberra Florins, all 92.5% silver and cost just $100 NZD ($67.50) that is basically 85 grams of silver (3.3 oz), barely on melt value and its a collectible coin nearly 100 years old.

Much cheaper than my British stuff, but later and just one coin type.

Gold price dipped recently. I just got an Argor Heraeus 5 grams bar with 2022 year of tiger. Other mints are releasing bars and bullion with tiger theme.

Picking up some world coins at a meltish price

Besides 2 1966 coins that I won't bother to scan(Bahamas $2 and Canadian $1); a 1916 Danish 25 ore; and an 1848 Dutch Gulden (the reverse did not save) I have picked up:

Remember, these are scans. The 24 shilling has some luster that a scan will not capture.

I don't want to be political. I have a few Chinese modern bullion. The Pandas are beautiful. But I've decided not to buy anymore to support a government that allows counterfeiting tens of thousands of US coins/bullion, fake products of numerous kinds being imported to USA. I'm not saying others should do the same, just my point of view.

And the US Mint burned me on several scratched damaged Morgan Peace dollars this year, not to mention the whole ordering disaster, so I plan to boycott them in 2022, going to stack generic bullion.

I stopped with the Pandas in 2016 when the premiums shot up and haven't since come down
