I've had good experiences with Harry's on 6336 Bandera Road. Rufer's is right down the road, I haven't been in yet but many of the guy's at the coin club's recommend his shop, especially for foreign, from what I understand though his style of running a place is unique.

Lone star off 281 is a large store, it also has a lot of traffic going through it and they do a lot of metal buying so be prepared to wait during certain hours & on the weekends.

There is also Alamo Heights Coin shop, and then downtown there is Royalty Coin's

I have been to Royalty Coin's by the Riverwalk when I have been in San Antonio for work. Nice people and pretty good inventory.

The only shop that I could ever find was Royalty Coins. Thanks for pointing out a few more!

It will be great moving back to a populated area where there are actual coin shops. Thanks for the tips.
