Hello everyone,

I live in northern Atlanta (the Marietta region) and am new to a more serious level of collecting/investing in coins. Does anyone know of a good coin dealer and stores?

I am really hoping to start purchasing some junk silver before moving onto the more refined type like the ASE.

Thanks,
Vesper

P.S. I do plan to attend this weekend's Greater Atlanta Coin Show.

I am in Gwinnett County, so I don't know of ones in your area, sorry.
I am going to the GACS Sunday. Hoping to sell/trade some silver.

Oh well. I found a place called Larry Jackson Numismatics Inc. Any chance you have heard of this place? It is off Roswell Road Inside 285. I called them today to get a little info and Larry seemed nice! Sadly no 90% junk silver.

Anyway, thanks for replying.

I did a search, and there were some "Gold and Silver" places around there. Those are probably mostly buyers, but they might sell also. Found this listing for an actual coin shop.

I don't live there but was in town a few weeks ago and tried out this place: https://plus.google.com/10493270909...?gl=us&hl=en

I would suggest against it. It was in an antique store and had very limited options available (one case).

Good luck!
