I don't like the cuts on the reverse, below and parallel to the CE in CENT, but I got it for the rotated dies. I have it marked G4 on the 2X2 and do find it pleasing, overall, for a semi-key date. Paid $25 for it! In 1989, though.

Oh, and this was my FIRST error coin, and prompted me to build a collection of Indian errors from every date (still have 9 holes left!)
