If I'm providing repeat info, let me know. Somehow I believe this is PMD. This is the second time the coin was listed. Am I correct with it being PMD?

That is classic post mint damage and nothing more. One can tell by the flattened rim and the oblong shape of the coin. A lamination error would not make the coin out of round such as is the case with this one.

That's what I learned by reading and studying the posts here. At one time I would have thought that was a mint error.

And let's not forget to mention the flattened reverse caused from the impact on the obverse.

The coin is obviously out-of-round and the reverse is flattened, neither would happen with a genuine lamination.
