Someone is selling this 2009 LP1 coin.
The area is depress/sunken, look like the die was filled?
I would like to hear from the experts.

Excessive die polishing removed some of the detail. This phenomenon can also sometimes be seen at the back of the neck and bowtie area from the removal of Memorial clashes.
