I guess I will make an assumption...you are referring to the mint mark? You should really give us a good description of what you are seeing and also a picture of the entire coin and then the spots in questions. There are a ton of very knowledgeable people on this forum that might see a lot that you or I would miss while looking at the entire coin. With that being said the Mint Mark looks like it got hit with something post mint.
