Found this in a roll of dimes earlier and I think it might just be someones project but dont know if this is an error....the rim kind of explains it tho...what should I do with it if its just glued on...try and get it off or just leave it it as something different...would it still be worth melt of a silver dime....i wonder if that is a 1921 P on the other side haha

LOL, the brother of that one showed up a couple days ago- https://goccf.com/t/135894

It is not worth the silver melt value of a dime anymore because it is just half of a dime- the reverse. You should not try to separate the two halves because it would be worth several dollars as a trick/magician's coin.

biokemist6,

I thought I was seeing a repeat of the first thread.

It still has the value of a Half Dime + a half penny.

My vote is you keep it as a novelty. I have a two headed nickel and a two headed silver half dollar. They have interest as a fun trick coin but nothing more. You could probably sell it for more than scrap value to an interested party. It's kind of like folk/tramp art.

Soak it in some acetone for a day
and see if it comes apart. Then it was only glue.
You can always glue it back together or epoxy it.
