This key date (28,000 struck) looks almost identical in terms of wear to a PCGS VG10 I saw on Heritage. That coin sold for $747.50 last year. How's that math for you? My only worry is the rim over the first S in STATES. That might be considered damage and net you a Details grade. But depending on the size of your investment, definitely submit it.
