well staring here at the screen and waiting to see if a range gets broken here but palladium is acting as if it wants higher prices. Platinum not looking too shabby after selling off yesterday either, the trend higher still looks intact.

yes it has. if platinum can hold these gains and consolidate around here, move higher, churn more I think it can outperform gold. that an palladium.

In fact Palladium is actually looking the strongest here. some more churning by it and clearing some price points and yearly highs are within striking distance.

should the markets cooperate this one could be a nice trending metal in 2013.

Almost bought Platinum in the summer when it was low $1400 but bought gold in the mid $1500s instead.... sigh
Have neither now...just my silver. And I think you are right that year on year, plat might out perform Au

I think you will be fine with silver purchases, just we have a lot of churning to do maybe even another dip lower. I think we get some traction in gold and silver will follow up.

Another thought that I have, and again, the market is the final decider, but you know the commod market right now is rather weak across the board. Many had thought that QE would ramp up commods, well that hasn't happened. In fact it may have weakened the commod markets.. in anycase... I wouldn't be surprised that gold and silver have been caught in this downdraft as well.

I cant help think tho, should Platinum and palladium move higher and strike at yearly highs, gold and silver might get a bit of a lift as well so we;ll just have to wait and see.
