Nice circ find though.

I came across a $2 998x y998 sheet cut note a while ago...my highest bookend so far in my journey.

That would not be a circulated number, but a note cut from a collector's sheet. Circulated numbers are below 96000000. I knew someone would say that but am surprised it is you.

I have found 5 now I think. My theory is that there is a good chance they are stolen, but possibly an inheritance of something like that. But I would doubt the person who paid more than face value for them would cut them up and sell them for face.

But then again there are crazy people out there
