I Need Help:1794 Large Cent Error(S)

HelzelsCoins Valued Member United States 419 Posts	Posted 12/25/2012 7:38 pm Hey everyone, I need an opinion. My uncle has a 1794 large cent. It has a dramatically dropped 4 and a rotated reverse die. I need to know as much about it as possible.. attribution, value, etc. I also would like opinions on the grade. philadelphian Pillar of the Community United States 3253 Posts	Posted 12/25/2012 11:55 pm Indeed, the "Fallen 4" variety, Sheldon-63: Quote: Sheldon calls this one the "Drunken Diecutter's" variety, due to the odd spacing of LIBERTY and especially the date, in which the "9" is way too high, making the "4" look low, hence "Fallen 4".
