That to me looks like the coin has been exposed to some heat. I have seen some crazy rainbow toned pennies that can be easily done exposing the coin to an open flame. Just before the colors come, they usually go gold in color.

I have a couple of World bronze coins, gold plated. Nothing special; they came from a dealer's junk box.

so in other words someone did this? if yes how ? AZMAT you had me burning pennies half hour ago to see if I can get the same result all of them turned pink or blue or both none golden tho.

you can literally turn the surface of copper plated zincs to brass using a frying pan on the stove

I assume that works only with the plated cents, because of the zinc interacting with the copper in the frying pan's heat -- it would be scary to think of what older coins could be turned to brass by heat alone...
