glenzy1 Pillar of the Community Canada 1554 Posts	Posted 01/02/2013 04:48 am Hello Hoop130, for the past month before the Auction, I looked over all the 1948's available and it boiled down to either Lot # 593 or 594. I contacted Eric Paquet owner of C & P Numismatics who runs the auction and over the past two weeks asked him these following questions: >of the following two Lot #'s: 593 and 594, which has the "best eye appeal." >which one has the least amount of "contact marks" in the fields? >which has the most "natural toning?" tfred Pillar of the Community Canada 627 Posts	Posted 01/02/2013 09:36 am I was going after lots #277, 278, and 279. I ended up with #278 for $800. All the large cents sets were nice, but the Victorians were sweet!!. I just couldn't get my wallet opened up that far. :( Report this Post to the Staff
